Terms of Service
AlgoLens is research and monitoring software. It reads public on-chain and market data and scores it. It does not hold your funds, trade for you or tell you what to buy.

1Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and AlgoLens (“we”, “us”). By using the website, the dashboard or the Integration API (together, the “Service”) you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract where you live. You are responsible for making sure that using a crypto research tool is lawful for you.
2What the Service is — and is not
AlgoLens discovers newly listed tokens, runs security and bot-pattern checks, scores them and records the calls it makes. All of it is produced automatically from data supplied by third parties such as block explorers, DEX aggregators and price providers.
Nothing in the Service is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset. Memecoins are extremely high risk: most lose most of their value and many are fraudulent. A token that passes every check can still fail minutes later. Past call performance does not predict future results.
We are not a broker, exchange, custodian or investment adviser. We never execute trades, connect to your wallet or take custody of any asset.
3Accounts
The free board can be used without an account. Paid plans and account features require signing in through a supported provider (Google or X). You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in and any Integration API keys secret. Tell us promptly at support@algolens.tech if you believe your account or a key has been compromised.
4Plans, billing and renewal
- Prices are shown in US dollars on the pricing section, per month or per year. The total shown before you confirm is the total charged, plus any tax that applies where you live.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. By paying you also agree to Stripe's terms. We never see or store your full card number.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle, at the then-current price, using your saved payment method, until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time from the billing page in the dashboard. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your plan stays active until the end of the period already paid for.
- Changing plan takes effect immediately and is prorated: you are charged or credited the difference for the rest of the current period.
- If a renewal payment fails and is not recovered after retries, or a payment is disputed, the subscription is cancelled and the account returns to the free plan.
- We may change prices for future periods. We will tell you before a change applies to your subscription, and you can cancel before it does.
Refunds are covered by the Refund Policy.
5Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- resell, sublicense or redistribute the Service or its data as your own product;
- scrape the Service, or get around plan limits, rate limits or access controls, including by sharing an account or API key;
- interfere with the Service, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, or overload it;
- use the Service for anything unlawful, including market manipulation or fraud.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.
6Referral program
- A referral code must be applied before the referred account's first paid subscription. Each account can have only one referrer, and you cannot refer yourself.
- The referrer earns the commission percentage shown in the dashboard on each paid invoice of the referred account, calculated on the amount paid excluding tax.
- A commission can be requested 14 days after it is earned. A refund or chargeback on the underlying payment reduces or reverses the commission, including one already requested.
- Commissions are paid to the wallet address you provide. You are responsible for that address being correct and for any tax due on what you receive.
- We may withhold commissions obtained through fraud, spam or self-referral, and may change or end the program for future invoices at any time.
7Third-party data and availability
Scores, prices, security verdicts and call results depend on third-party providers and can be incomplete, delayed or wrong. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or that any reading is accurate, and we may change or remove features.
8Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be excluded by contract.
9Ending the agreement
You can stop using the Service and cancel your plan at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we stop offering the Service; if we end a paid plan for reasons other than a breach, we will refund the unused part of the period.
10Changes and governing law
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced on the website or by email before they take effect; continuing to use the Service after that means you accept them.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the AlgoLens operator is registered.
