Privacy Policy

We collect the minimum needed to know whose plan is whose and to run the features you use. We never sell your data, and we never see your card number or your wallet's keys.

1Who is responsible

AlgoLens is the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: support@algolens.tech. The free board can be used without an account, in which case we process only the request logs described below.

We process this data to perform our contract with you (running your account and plan), to meet legal obligations (tax and accounting records), and for our legitimate interests in keeping the Service secure and improving it. Analytics cookies are used on the dashboard only.

3Who processes it

We use these providers to run the Service. Each processes data only on our instructions:

Some of these providers process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where required, transfers rely on the providers' standard contractual safeguards. We disclose data to authorities only when the law requires it.

4Cookies

The dashboard uses a session cookie from Clerk to keep you signed in, which it cannot work without, and Google Analytics cookies to measure usage. The marketing site stores small preferences in your browser and sets no advertising cookies. You can clear cookies in your browser at any time; doing so signs you out.

5How long we keep it

Account data is kept while your account exists and deleted when you ask us to close it.
Billing records (orders and invoices) are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires, even after the account is closed.
Request logs are kept for a short period for security and fault-finding, then removed.

6Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to or restrict how we use it. Email support@algolens.tech from the address on your account and we will respond within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

7Security

Traffic is encrypted in transit. Stored secrets are encrypted, and API keys are stored only as hashes, so a key is shown once when created and cannot be recovered afterwards. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data we will tell you as the law requires.

8Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

9Changes

We will post any update here and change the date at the top. Significant changes are announced on the website or by email before they apply.
